Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Elaitech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for our products and services.

2. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered or access has been granted. However, we may offer a refund if:

  • The product is significantly different from its description.
  • The product has a major defect that prevents its intended use and we are unable to resolve the issue.
  • You request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not substantially used the product.

3. SaaS Subscriptions

For subscription-based services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. Refunds for partial billing periods are not provided unless required by applicable law.

4. Custom Development Services

Refunds for custom development services are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms outlined in the specific service agreement. Generally, payments for completed work are non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  2. Include your order number and the reason for the refund request.
  3. Allow up to 5 business days for us to review your request.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
